College student--refer to VP as Mr. Lastname or first name?
I have my first interview coming up and my interviewer is a VP. I'm a sophomore in college; should I refer to him by his first name or as Mr. ABC?

Absolutely do not call him Mr. [LAST NAME].
Okay, thank you! I appreciate it.
Is that the same for the UK?
yes - use first name for everyone, no matter how senior.
Definitely. And if his name is Richard, automatically just call him Dick.
A VP is just some 30 something year old person.
You absolutely do not call him a sir or a Mr. Same for anyone in your company.
The only person I can think of calling a sir or mr outside of when I was in school was probably the chairman of my old company who was a 80yr old industry trailblazing person ala Jack Welch
No no no lol
To clarify, you're saying no in reference to calling a VP "Mr. Lastname," right?
I used to hit senior bankers (VP and up) with the Mr. [last name] and once got absolutely grilled by MD for over 5min as doing that is apparently awkward and weird
