College student--refer to VP as Mr. Lastname or first name?

I have my first interview coming up and my interviewer is a VP. I'm a sophomore in college; should I refer to him by his first name or as Mr. ABC?

yes - use first name for everyone, no matter how senior.

Absolutely do not call him Mr. [LAST NAME].

Definitely. And if his name is Richard, automatically just call him Dick.

I used to hit senior bankers (VP and up) with the Mr. [last name] and once got absolutely grilled by MD for over 5min as doing that is apparently awkward and weird
