Commercial Development Process Checklist

Hey everyone, I work at a mid-size shop in Central Florida doing retail, office, and multifamily development/construction management and finance (sourcing debt, portfolio management strategy, and project feasibility analysis). I'm working on putting together a checklist of the whole development process from site selection all the way through turnover. I already have a great due diligence list (they're all over the internet) and have put together the entitlements, design, and construction list myself, but I've only been doing this for 2 years so I feel like it's missing a lot.

Does anyone have an existing development checklist they can share with me? I've heard of the bigger shops like Hines and Related having one, so I want to create something similar.

Transitioning from Retail leasing to Investment Sales... This is exactly what I have been looking for. Any ideas on resources to find exiting outlines of steps/todos and strategies to consider?
