JP Morgan Commercial Banking Innovation Development Program

Hello all, J.P. Morgan had their super day for their 2 year CB program about 2 weeks ago. I have gotten a pre-offer via phone call about a week ago but am still waiting on the actual offer letter does anybody know how long I should expect to wait? If any of you have any insights into the program it would be greatly appreciated because the program is interesting though the description seems quite vague. Also, I was accepted at the New York location, so please don't hesitate to DM me if you will be there.

The super day interviews were nearly 100% behavioral; I would suggest focusing on concisely detailing how you navigate conflict and how you learn from your experiences. From the questions that I was asked it seemed like they were looking for people that could bring unique perspectives to the problems that they face. If you have any specific questions don't hesitate to DM me.

Hi, do you know if they ask technical questions? And if so what were the technical questions? Also is there anything specific I should look out for?
