JP Morgan Commercial Banking Innovation Development Program
Hello all, J.P. Morgan had their super day for their 2 year CB program about 2 weeks ago. I have gotten a pre-offer via phone call about a week ago but am still waiting on the actual offer letter does anybody know how long I should expect to wait? If any of you have any insights into the program it would be greatly appreciated because the program is interesting though the description seems quite vague. Also, I was accepted at the New York location, so please don't hesitate to DM me if you will be there.

100k base + 10k signing bonus was what I was told initially, but a few days later I received another phone call where they upped the signing bonus by another 10k.
Nice. Is this normal or did they like you?
Curious what the expected bonus is. Someone I mentor interviewed as well (though it seems they got rejected as I haven't heard anything from them about it). 100k + 20k signing is very strong, and given how rotational programs work, likely will include some solid YoY raises and a solid TC bump as Associate

The super day interviews were nearly 100% behavioral; I would suggest focusing on concisely detailing how you navigate conflict and how you learn from your experiences. From the questions that I was asked it seemed like they were looking for people that could bring unique perspectives to the problems that they face.
