We are a small boutique RE private equity company on the west coast. Recently our growth has outpaced our thinking on company culture. Our founders are old school; long days, in the office, available weekends and evenings. What are your experiences on the best environments to excel. Would you trade dollars for flexibility ? How does your company deal with PTO, what is their strategy for retention, what is the pay/bonus structure for your shop for Dir. Finance, Controller, analyst. How does your company measure success? Is it hours, quality of work, creativity, accuracy, speed, time, deal making, or some combination of these factors and others?
