Comprehensive 2010 list of BB, MM and Boutique investment banks in Canada

I live in Canada and would prefer to work in Canada for investment banking, if possible.

A few yrs back the finance committee of my Canadian university traveled to Toronto to visit 3 different investment banks. The finance professor and 30 students sat and listened to the 2-3 hours presentations given by RBC investment bank (bulge bracket ib), GMP investment bank (is GMP bulge bracket? or middle market?) and Dundee investment bank (middle market? or boutique?).

In the GMP presentation by the associates and an MD we were told that GMP investment bank ranks number 6 in Canada. Where RBC ib ranked number 1, and CIBC, TD (and the other large Canadian banks) ranked from number 2 to number 5.

Can someone provide a complete list of 2010 BB, MM and Boutique investment banks in Canada? (Because Google and search do a poor job here.)

CDNOntario:
Do you have a list? If not, why call this retarded retard?

How do you know about the list?

I understand that the American monetary compensation and list of banks for ib is very easy to attain. The Canadian monetary compensation and list of banks for ib is hard to find and attain.

I've come across a few AMERICAN list containing BB, MM and boutique. I've yet to come across a complete Canadian one. I also find AMERICAN ib salary remuneration (such as in the FAQs section here) very easily, but for Canadian it is difficult. I've heard $70,000 Cdn for 1st year analyst at Dundee ib. And google searching provided me with $85,000 Cdn for 1st year analyst? or associate? for a person with an MBA from Toronto's Rotman's school of Management. http://www.rotman.utoronto.ca/career/jobreport.pdf

From what I've heard/read in Canada, $70,000 Cdn total compensation for 1st year and $85,000 Cdn total compensation for 1st year are a FAR FAR FAR CRY from $100,000+ US total compensation for 1st year in the USA. //www.wallstreetoasis.com/page/new-2010-compensation-database
