Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Urgent Quick Question

Hi everyone,

This financial statement totally confused me. What's the cost of goods sold here for 2008? Is it 84,616 or 71,527?

Thanks!!

Neither, it's $13,089. Beginning Inv (84,616) - Ending Inv (71,527) = COGS. You can also see this through Total Rev - Gross Profit.

Got it! Many thanks!! Sorry another quick question, in the cf statement there is a charge for acquisition of a website in the cash due to investing activities part. Is acquisition of website part of Capex?

It ain't what you know, it's who you know

So we're just going to ignore purchases, production, etc.?
