The IB HR lead at Cowen is a nice lady but is one of the least responsive professionals I've ever met. Patience, monkeys...
Heard they are hiring a lot FT, some of their interns lateraled to Moelis, PWP, Klein, & Evercore surprisingly.

I think their application opened a week or two ago. I applied. No word.
I applied in mid August and still haven't heard back. Spoke with IB associate who said they'd pass my resume to HR last Friday but haven't heard since.
