Craigslist is Starting to Freak Me Out

So thought you guys would get a kick out of this. So I emailed a bunch of people that are trying to rent out furnished apts in the Boston area since my current sublet ends in a few weeks...I got one phishing scammer back trying to get me to send money through a wire, but this one definitely takes the cake. After a few back and forth emails with one landlord letting her know that I am looking to start in November, this is the e-mail I just got back tonight:

Hey Patrick,

Thanks for your email- The girl who looked at the apartment tonight wants to rent it immediately through December (2.5months) for $2500/month-so I just wanted to check in with you as I know you wanted to view it on thurs afternoon. I've been very selective about who I rent the apt to and have only been renting it out for a few days to a week at a time as I'm hoping to find an ideal tenant (will explain below what I mean by that:) in which case I would be happy to rent it monthly.

Im a Domme (a lifestyle Domme-not a professional Dominatrix) and I have a live-in sub who lives with me (sleeps at the foot of my bed) in the top floor apartment...and ideally I would like to find a tenant who would also like to occasionally serve a Domme Mistress (when my live-in sub is away) to rent the first floor apartment. This would ideally be a cute guy who has very good massage skills/loves giving massages and is at least sincerely interested/intrigued at the possibility of being submissive to a beautiful, confident woman. I have met a great potential sub tenant on [edited].com who generally travels from Mon-Friday who very much wants to rent the apartment yet he prefers a one year lease and I want to get to know him a bit more before giving him a long-term lease. I also know one other great guy who served as my sub while I lived in Europe who is most likely moving to Boston in Feb and would be a perfect tenant for me-so I am not sure I want to sign a year lease with anyone else.

lts not hard for a Domme to find a suitable sub that wishes to serve her as in general the ratio is about 1 to 120 but I have not had time to post about the apartment on [edited].com or [edited].com as it would take quite a while to weed through the messages and I wanted to wait to see which month my guy friend/ex-sub from Europe was moving here before I chose anyone else long-term so I thought I would just post the apartment normally on craigslist and rent it very short-term until then.

I was shocked at how many people are seeking a furnished apartment right now in Boston- Ive gotten about 50+ emails in the past week and have not even had a chance to reply to most. But anyway, I at least wanted to be really up front with you before you come all the way here to view the apartment:) Feel free to let me know your thoughts if I have not scared you away-lol:)

Warm regards,
Kate (or Miss Kate as my subs call me:)

OK......seems like a lot of work to just plug a few websites.....Should I show up with a ball gag in my mouth? this has to be fake but I'm not so sure...which is even scarier.

Let me know what my response should be and I may take the best one and run with it...

oh patrick you spoil me for opportunity.

Innocent/naive: have no idea what a domme is, pretend its short for domesticated.

Mr Perfect: You trained as a masseur and worked at a spa when your family was low on cash and you needed to help pay for your education. Chuck in some authenticity of qualifications and specific names of massages.

Redneck: Pretend you misread it and say you'd love someone to serve you, how much does she charge for cleaning and having meals ready when you get home, does she do 'extras'?

I'll add some more when i get back, long day travelling today.

It's really not laugh out loud, or hilarious. It's like.. meh?

To the guy above, and the same folks that reply to threads like this on a daily basis, are you new to the internet? It's 2011, I call bullshit to anyone who finds the OP "hilarious". I'm not saying it was bad, but it certainly didn't cross the threshold to even a wry smile.

For the love of God, stop pretending something is hilarious when its not / completely standard. I don't know if you kids think you are impressing folks by molding into one completely intolerable personality, but stop.

^^Cheer up man, all in good fun. Also you do realize OP is Patrick, the proprietor of this website, right?

When she kills patrick I call dibs on this website.

"Look, you're my best friend, so don't take this the wrong way. In twenty years, if you're still livin' here, comin' over to my house to watch the Patriots games, still workin' construction, I'll fuckin' kill you. That's not a threat, that's a fact.

haha @pjroche1989 not even realizing that pat posted this.

Of course I realized who posted it, it had nothing to do with the OP (which I just simply found meh). My problem is with the droves of mindless lemmings that will continue to post how hilarious the OP was because other people do.
