I just found out a friend has one and i can get access to it.Does anybody have any experience with a Bloomberg Terminal to access market and Submarket level data? Obviously, it's not RIES or CoStar but is it worth my time?

Nothing as far as actual market data? I heard something about using it to get Market data taken from REITs as far as specific core and Core+ markets average sales price for specific assets
