(CRE) How to nail informational interview with SVP?

I have scheduled an informational with a SVP at my dream company (CBRE/JLL/CW) next week and of course am aiming to make the most out of it.

I am approaching the CRE industry cold at a whopping 27 y.o. and am curious what else could I bring to the meeting to try to bolster this network wave into an applicant interview in the near future (I'm sensitive to the imminent hiring boom staged for this fall). Should I bring an investment pitch model to the meeting? They're certainly aware I am trying to land a role at their firm, should I just go ahead and make an implicit request at the end of the interview, etc?

Any advice here will be responded to and valued.
