Credit Risk Analyst at Goldman Sachs - Exit Options?

Hey guys,

I've accepted the offer to work as a Credit Risk Analyst for Goldman Sachs in Warsaw after I graduate.

I love investing and stocks and my direction is to work in asset management, perhaps work for a hedge fund and start my own investment fund as I accrue skills and knowledge. I can't see how working in Credit Risk for GS won't benefit me towards this goal.

What are the exit options like for as a Credit Risk Analyst? Opportunities to work for a hedge fund/asset manager? Maybe distressed debt, special situations?

Any insights will be super helpful. Thanks
