CSA or Audit Associate

I currently have two offers. One audit associate job and a CSA job.

The audit job is for a top 8 firms (not Big 4) and the CSA job at UBS.

I majored in accounting in college because my school does not have a business school. I want to "break into finance" but I am worried about leaving the audit job because:

a. Pay

b. I do not know the future prospects of a CSA

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
