Cushman and Wakefield NYC

Just received a summer internship offer for cushman in their NYC office. The interview process was a little weird so I didn't really get to ask too many questions. Does anyone know what the comp/hours is for first year analysts in either Investment sales or the debt and equity side. I'm talking more about the salaried positions. And how hard would it be to exit to the buy side from one of these roles? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

volume should be there, depending on group. CW hours should be on the heavier side, especially in the summer. I was say 50-60ish. I recommend you ask questions, even if it feels weird. You dont want to waste your time, especially if you have other options.

Thanks for the reply. the 50-60 hour seems to be correct based on what I've heard from others. Comp isn't really all that important to me starting out (although the intern salary could be a bit higher lol), mainly just curious how strong the exit ops are. From what I've heard cushman doesn't seem all that friendly towards those trying to leave. But the opportunity seems solid to build a network and they offer training so I'm inclined to take the offer.
