Deloitte M&A I&D Consultant or Senior Financial Analyst at Unheard of / Successful Startup

Hi All,

Have the opportunity to join two very different roles. Comp is consistent with D offering a 10k sign on bonus, none at Startup. Startup has incredible growth and is used by 50% of consumers within its space (Saas company in HC). Coming from consulting with 2 YOE. Both roles are a step up. More interested in M&A work by a touch but less than excited about 50% travel (I sleep horribly on the road anywhere). All advice welcome
