Deloitte Securitization Consulting Interview

Hi all,
I am a college senior studying accounting and finance currently interviewing at Big 4’s. My two questions are:
1) how can I prepare for my securitization consulting interview with Deloitte. (ABS/CMBS/RMBS)
2) what would be a better place to start a career in finance; audit or securitization consulting? I have an audit offer in hand, but I am most interested in a career in finance.

Most Helpful

1) Interviews at the Big 4 coming out of college are almost all behavioral/fit-related. 2) Definitely go with the securitization role (if you get it). Exit ops will be significantly better, such as joining an IB as your securitization counterpart/working at a debt fund. On the flipside, an audit role may pidgeonhole you into the acctg. world.
