BofA is objectively better for an analyst experience (in the US). DB is mainly a financing shop, BofA is more diverse.
To answer your question, no it's not head and shoulders above it, although the bank does do better outside of debt financings to the above users point.
DB is a top 4 shop in Debt though, so if you do well in group placement you're well-positioned for any exit.
If you have a coverage interest, then you will benefit from the higher M&A at BofA.
Questions like this really - and not to be cliche - are culture-dependent. Exits will be what you make of them at any BB, choose the place you connect with most. Just my .02.
