Deutsche Bank online assessment test
I'm a current sophomore who applied for Deutsche bank's 2021 summer analyst program in New York. I got an invite to take an online assessment test and I was wondering about the qualities they're looking for in the test. I was wondering 1.) if everyone who applies gets asked to take the test and 2.) As the test was a bunch of situational questions about how you should react to various issues that may come up while working for an investment bank, how do they want candidates to respond? I generally answered with ways that were cooperative with my team members while trying to avoid bothering senior colleagues with lower-level issues. Do you know how important this assessment is and what the hiring managers are looking for with responses?
How much time did it take between applying and getting an invite for the test?
Few days for me. Seemed like a pretty automatic thing.
