Develop with Deutsche Event
I just got into this event. Usually they fly you out to NY but given COVID-19, it is going to be held virtually. Does anyone know how selective getting into this is?
Also, how helpful is this in leading to an (accelerated) interview for the SA 2021?
I am aware that DB isn't doing anywhere as good as other BBs or even some of the MMs but while I am at it, how easy would it be to lateral for an FT role to another bank if I intern at DB?

for DB, yes. but they also said anyone who’s diverse in other ways so I think even non-diverse people would have gotten in.
