Distressed M&A study materials

Hi all,

I have an upcoming final round interview for SA with EVR/PJT/HL (London). Do you have any Distressed M&A/RX interview study materials to suggest? Having issues finding any apart from 400 Q&A M&I and HL distressed case study.

Is "restructuinginterviewsDotcom" guide good? In particular I'm looking for practical/technical exercises.

Thank you for your knowledge!

Haven't had the time to read it completely but read the parts useful for understanding concepts.

My main issue is that I don't know what kind of exercises they are going to ask. I know the waterfall exercise in which you find the price debt is trading at, but I don't know many others concerning debt. I heard there are also exercises with interest rates and Revolving Credit Facilities, but can't find any online

You mean the restructuringinterviewsDotcom guide? My interview would be for a SA role, just to clarify.

Check DMs, want to ask you about the interview
