Do Investment Banking (IB) Industry Groups Receive Differing Base Pay?
Would a Public Finance Analyst (IB) receive the same base pay as an Industrial Analyst, FIG Analyst, Healthcare Analyst or TMT Analyst (and so on and so forth) ? They have the same title and experience (all else equal) but are in different industry groups under the investment banking arm.
Same base different bonus if they are all under IB.
