Would a Public Finance Analyst (IB) receive the same base pay as an Industrial Analyst, FIG Analyst, Healthcare Analyst or TMT Analyst (and so on and so forth) ? They have the same title and experience (all else equal) but are in different industry groups under the investment banking arm.
