Do programs care if they know where else you're applying?
It seems odd that a school would care assuming a merit based system of selection, but would an admissions group be biased for/against someone if they somehow discovered that applicant's prioritized application list?
In other words, will schools be butthurt (consciously or subliminally) not being an applicant's #1 choice and count them out or give them lower selection priority?
