Do Type A people look like they are working harder than others?

I guess this question is more for managers/associates that look over analysts and such. Do Type A personalities usually look like they are working harder since they're usually working with a huge sense of urgency while Type B personalities or people with a mixture of the two are still doing the same rate of work but not being intense/urgent (more chill all together)? Would it benefit analysts to look like they are being intense/urgent or is it cool to be more chill?
