Does Anyone Know Which Headhunter Aquiline Uses?
The firm is pretty high on my list and I would love to know who they use so I can proactively reach out to them.

Heard from an associate that they don't really use HHs. Tend to focus on recruiting via target schools and their network. Maybe reach out to someone at the firm?
Aquiline is not a great PE firm like Carlyle but respectable enough. Who told you that? Know a particular boutique IB that sends peeps to it regularly and they have terrible exits normally.
When did OP say anything about it being "a great PE firm"? It's a decent exit for FIG bankers. I would say a pretty strong MM fund in their space.
I am not pontificating, I am just saying. Don't criticize others choices. Respect is what you get.
My boutique doesn't send anyone to PE firms except this one.

Wouldn't say FT sends people regularly when there's only a couple on the website; they also recently raised a 2B+ fund. Do they have a recruiting/career email?
Yeah, that's whtat I'm saying FT doesn't send many to them but that's the best exit I've seen for anyone who has been at the firm for more than two years...
