Does Morgan Stanley drug test for the FAA Position?
I have already signed the offer letter and underwent the background check. There is no mention of a drug policy or drug tests in the offer letter. Will I/ when will I be drug tested?

The fact that you're asking this doesn't bode well for your persistent employment in an organization that performs random drug tests. I work at a F500 that does not drug test unless there's a suspicion of use or you have an accident at work.
Companies with federal contracts are required to have a drug testing program FYI.
