Does Solomon Partners have the Best WLB on the Street?
I’m a sophomore at a target school (Penn/Duke/GTown) and I’ve been doing some recruiting calls with multiple BB’s and EB’s, and the thing I’ve noticed whenever speaking to alums from Solomon is that they always talk about how good their culture is, how the senior bankers really respect junior banker’s hours, and how most weekends end up being protected. As one alum put it to me, “You’re getting the best of both worlds, the pay/prestige of being at a rising EB as well as the wlb/culture you’d rarely find at most shops.” I wanted to know if others share the same sentiment about the Culture/WLB? Like would it be worth taking an offer from Solomon Partners over the likes of other EBs such as PWP, Lazard, LionTree, Moelis, Q?
This is 100% the same Solomon troll that posts all the time, isn’t it.
Yes I too love the rising EB Salmon Parters it is the best shop
Wtf is this recruiting officer horse crap
Take the PJS offer over anything bro. Idc if Moses himself descends from the heavens and offers you the golden tablets and eternal salvation. This is the way.
LOL
PJS (basically the next Goldman Sachs) not only has the best WLB on the street (think 5PM, 6PM, 7PM). But they also pay top of market, with solid mid-bucket An1s clearing $300K. In addition to this, they all have hot girlfriends (think Mila Kunis, Megan Fox, Jennifer Aniston) and have a Seamless budget of $100 for both lunch and dinner, even though they never work past 7PM and don't need to order dinner at the office.
This is the best iteration of "think X/Y/Z" I've seen on this site
