Eastdil Secured Equity Sales Compensation and Exit Opps
I know this topic has been discussed before although most answers in past threads were pretty ambiguous. Does anyone have an idea of what first year analyst compensation figures (base+bonus) look like on Eastdil's equity sales team in NYC. Also for a person who ultimately would like to work in REPE at a top tier fund like BX, Starwood, TPG, Carlyle, etc. would an analyst position on Eastdil's equity sales team provide similar exit opps to working as an analyst for a REIB. Thanks in advance for any info.
From what I've heard, Comp and Hours are similar to IB (I've heard all-in is around $110-140k 1st year). Not sure on exit opps, though I'm sure if you searched LinkedIn you could find plenty of people at BX, Starwood, etc. that started in equity sales at Eastdil.
Exit ops can be MF confirmed.
Eastdil comp (and hours) is in line (some above some below) with the top REPEs mentioned for equivalent levels. With that being said REIB from a BB (or even Eastdil) may be more "prestigious" and open more doors
Cushman & Wakefield
Lol. How prescient.
Nice
made my day
Kinda piggy backing off of this, but what about at the post-mba associate level, what would you say are comp and exit ops?
