Easy banks to get into?

I know this question has been asked many times but what banks in SF are easier to get into cuz of lower gpa/non target. I know the traditional application won’t get me anywhere so are there any decent banks in particular that require networking? A list would be nice!! Thanks for the help guys!

Is it really worth it to slave away IB hours at a no-name bank that pays well below street? If you really want to do IB in the long run, you'd have better work life balance and pay potentially going into big 4 audit -> MBA -> real IB. There's no such thing as an easy bank to get into unless we're talking real shit banks, like Tobin.

There are plenty of really small boutiques in SF, mostly working on lower middle market deals. Just look up something like "investment banks San Francisco" and filter out the ones that focus on lower middle market / are small in general (barring EBs).

After you make your list, start building relationships and networking so if there's a position open down the line you could possibly throw your name in.
