Econ Consulting vs Finance Career
Hi all,
I am a final year Economics master student from a leading university in Western Europe.
High GPA, I have one internship in research and one in economics consulting in London (think NERA, Brattle, Frontier). I missed the banking SA recruiting but hope to get something out from offcycles, even though networking opportunities (apart from Linkedin) are limited.
- Anyone successfully transitioned from Econ Consulting to banking?
- If so, better to get in a regional bank and change later on, or stick with econ consulting and change after 2/3 years?
