Education Routes, Unique Situation

I made a post previously and the replies did not really cover the information I was hoping to learn about. I am currently part of a startup that is doing well and the replies to my last post mainly focused on that rather than my questions.

I want to understand what education route what make the most sense. I have a unique educational background which makes it difficult for me to know what route is best if I were to continue in this direction.
Currently I have a Certification of Higher Education Pass in History — think associates level — from a university in England. This is not a bachelors. I left to create the startup I am now part of leaving me without the common undergrad degree.

There are many options but the ones I have currently are;
- Finish my undergrad bachelors (2 years) in history
- Get a Masters in something like Management that accepts work experience + the qualifications I have (1 year)
- Get a Masters in something like Management that accepts work experience + the qualifications I have and a certification in an economics related field(s) (2.5 years)
- Get a certification in economics / take economics related classes and apply for more business focused Masters programs (2.5 - 3.5 years)
Additions:
- Pass the bar (this would not require me to go to law school and would be done on my own time) (1-2 years)
- Write a book (6 months)
this is not an exhaustive list and I am open to other ideas

I am curious how competitive online programs are when applying for jobs. I can do a lot of these online from the University of London (I would probably target programs run by the London School of Economics due to its status). Online programs would allow me to continue to work with the startup I am part of but if they are nearly valueless I would probably continue on campus... obviously advice needed.

The purpose of this is to ensure that my resume is as competitive as possible. Targeting jobs within VC, startups, upper management, etc.

I am seeking advise regarding education not advice on my startup; nor why or why not I should or should not leave it.

Thank you!
