'Electronic Trading' Compensation
Does anyone know what the comp is for entry positions in electronic trading in bulge bracket NYC banks? (ie positions from sales-trader, quant, developer, product specialist, coverage etc)
is it comparable to regular S&T comp?
(Electronic Trading groups develop banks' dark pools, trading algorithms etc)
It will prob vary widely from bank to bank as some trading desks utilize dark pools more than others.
