Entry-Level Interview Advice

Hello, I have interviewed for 10+ jobs since May for some really great roles in IB and HF but have only gotten 1 offer at a sweat shop that I didn't accept. Obviously I'm not doing something right. I've been reading wso for years, follow markets, and have gone through the Vault guides etc... so I don't think it's a lack of prep or knowledge. For those who have gotten great IB HF PE internships or analyst roles, how did you approach your interview? Any tips? I'm a normal dude who has great internship experience (not BB but still good) and get along with everyone. I have gotten awesome interviews that I am qualified for but I just can't close in the final rounds. Please help.
