Finally, I made it, the day before Christmas !!
After months of unemployment slowly draining my savings, after so many resumes sent over, so many cover letters written and proof-read, so many cold emails and cold calls, so many unanswered follow ups, after weeks perfecting my models and my pitches, after sleepless nights worrying I could never find a job again, I am very happy to announce that the day before Christmas I FINALLY sent my 400th application !!! Don’t give up guys!

What are these 400 applications? Like surely, if the applications are legit openings or ‘warm contacts’, you’re doing something wrong.
Let’s say 5% if you’re applications progress to interview (that’s pretty conservative). That’s 20 interviews. Then if you have a 5% success rate there, you should have a job.
Are you counting cold emailing GS as an application??
