Foros Group - any intel?

Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone has any intel / views on Foros Group. It's a small boutique bank that was launched in 2009, now with about 30 bankers. It looks like their deal activity's been on the rise - they announced 10 transactions in 2016, not bad for 30 bankers. Does anyone have any intel or views on the company, the people, the pay, culture? There's not much info out there on these guys, and I know this topic has come up once or twice before but it's been a couple of years and thought I'd revive it. Any insights would be much appreciated, thanks!

Can't comment on deal flow. The questions during interview I got were mostly behavioral. It's hard to exit to MF PE, based on my past linkedin research, since it is not really well known. They are very selective; they interviewed more than 20 people at my school and only gave offer to one.
