Hey guys got contacted by recruiter for an analyst role in their CRE group which seems to be AM focused.

Career Resources
They a strong group, but very cut throat culture. Be prepared for IB type hours. They are also a relative high turnover shop. Seems like they are always hiring because they can’t hold onto people.

Any idea on interview process (excel test?)?
I've heard the exact same from former people there as well. Long hours and just a tough environment overall.
