Let me enlighten you on my path to no free WSO T-Shirt.
I was a young buck, trying to break into the industry from a total non-target out west. I busted my ass, networked like crazy and found my way onto a venerable commercial paper trading desk. Back in the day, the Firm was a place built for scrappy young guys hungry to make money. Through the years, I worked my way up the ladder. Made a name for myself. Became a somebody.
Long story short, post GFC, I come onto this website and pour my heart out. I lay it all on the line with no bullshit. Even speak of my close personal relationship with Bombay Sapphire, which has caused me many problems. Talk about Sharon. The bankruptcy. Etc, etc.
Turns out, there are a number of people interested in my story, despite the black sheep treatment i’ve received in the MSM over the past few years. I start getting a few SBs, then a few more, then I get so many that I win Member of the Year of WSO. My heart was filled with joy as this was my first victory in life since 9/15/2008. I was winning again.
Turns out it was all a scam. I won the hearts and minds of America’s (possibly the world’s?) youth. And yet, it was all for nothing. All those decades of work, the pouring out of my soul, the advancing of the youth......it was for nothing.
All because I do not own a WSO T-Shirt.

It's obviously a scam. Patrick knows we all work 100+ hours a week, so he's trying to get our addresses so he can break in and steal our stuff while we're at work.
Just got mine, checked bank account after getting a notification saying someone pulled out close to 50k..... Must be a scam man. This is the eighth time I've fallen for it, I really expected my free T-shirt this time. Darn
