From company cofounder to properties owner. Now what?

Hi everyone,

I cofounded a successful company (up to 8 millions in revenue) in commodities.

In 2017, because the market wasn't here anymore, we decided to stop. A few months after, we bought properties with great IRR which I completely enjoyed the process (meetings with brokers, screening, due diligence, analysis).

Because I always love to learn new stuff, I joined a RICS program but at the moment I don't know how to advance as I feel like I am too small to make the best interesting deals and except of flipping houses I don't see what would be left.

I miss learning, sharing, working with colleagues. I am thinking about taking a corporate road in RE but I am afraid ex-entrepreneurs don't have a place in corporate structures.

Thank you for any advice.
