FT Job Decision: BlackRock or Wellington Management

Deciding between full-time 2022 new grad positions at BlackRock and Wellington Management.

Both are the same/similar quant positions with the same base salary and bonus. BlackRock's available offices are in San Fran and NYC, while Wellington is in Boston. Taxes and rent are comparatively lower in Boston.

BlackRock position: Risk and Quantitative Analyst

Wellington Management: Investment Science

Looking for opinions. Heard that while Wellington is smaller, it is more prestigious? Also heard that my performance could be recognized more at Wellington since it is smaller compared to BlackRock. I plan on going to grad school after a year or two for data science.
