Funds with a flexible investment mandate? Ie; where IPs can invest in both debt and equity opportunities.

Reaching out to see what funds are out there where investment professionals can work on deals in both private equity and private debt. My background includes both and I like both, so wouldn't targeting places that can do both if I move on from my current role.

I understand some of the special sits groups at megafunds can (ie; APO Hybrid Value, BX Tac Opps) but contacts in those groups, note this tends to be extremely debt heavy as most traditional LBOs go to the main vehicles.

Apart from some of the large distressed players (Centerbridge, Clearlake, Apollo, Ares) are there any funds where IPs can invest in both? I understand some sector specific funds do this (ie; Infra/RE funds) but looking for more of an operating co. lens.

I would think some hedge funds/family offices fall into this category as well and I would appreciate those opinions as well.
