Station 9 is the most popular (or was 4 years ago). Fuqua makes up the highest concentration of residents within the complex, and there is a nice social scene at the pool. There are always a few schoolwide parties at Station 9 throughout the school year. Other popular places are Alexan Place and Alexan Farms, but I thought those two were less fun and further out (Station 9 is close to downtown).

I'm going through this nightmare process right now. All the rentals such as Station Nine, Alexan Place, Lofts at Lakeview, West Village, Alden, Trinity Place, etc are way overpriced and have shit reviews. They also want to charge me $350 +$15 per month to bring my fucking cat with me.

I'm strongly considering buying a condo nearby. For 150k I can pick up a nice 2br/2ba that I can rent out in the future for about $1,400 per month and make a nice return at the same time.
