Game of Thrones vs. Lost?

So, as a continuation to this thread: http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/breaking-bad-vs-game-of-thrones

Only have time for 1 show, recently finished watching Breaking Bad. Really liked it, especially the last 2 seasons. Regarding GoT vs. Lost, will probably end up watching both but out of the 2, which one would you recommend, monkeys?

FYI: Watched first 2 episodes of each show and leaning more towards Lost. But didn't really like the start of Breaking Bad...

Can't decide if I was more pissed after the lost series finale where they made no attempt to explain anything, or after the red wedding episode of GOT... Both have addicting plot lines and strong character development so I guess I would recommend GOT because it's more current, will take less time to catch up on, and no one is going to want to "talk Lost with you" since most people who have seen it watched it a long time ago.

Echoing the statement above -- GoT is more recent, and less catching up to do. Also, I find GoT to have a better plot overall, provided that you haven't heard any spoilers thus far.

The red wedding led to a full FU anger fueled tirade at 1am from me. SonnyHZ I would say it depends on your time frame...there are currently only 3 seasons of GoT with 10 episodes each and 1 hour per episode vs. Lost with 121 episodes over 6 seasons at around 43 minutes a piece (1 hour TV w/ commercials). The character development in both is great and the storylines are top notch so really it depends on your time.

Game of Thrones gets my vote.

The first few episodes may seem slow, but once you get into it, the character and plot development are nothing short of a masterpiece. Episodes are long but very engaging and worth the time.

Oh and nudity. Lots of it in GoT.

LOST!!!!!

I stopped watching Game of Thrones this season... it just got fully retarded... Lost also had a retarded season in the middle, but overall I'll remember it as a very good show

I will agree that HBO is the way to go but have you considered Boardwalk Empire? GoT gets all the press but Boardwalk is excellent as well

GoT 100%... Lost gets old really quick. The Imp is hysterical and Marjorie Tyrell is a FOX. Enjoy!
