Get a job in a US trading firm

Hello,
I would like to work for a US trading firm (investment bank or hedge fund) as a trader or quantitative analyst, but I am not american.
What is the (best) way to get this kink of job ?
I worked as market risk analyst on ird and fx derivatives and before this experience I was IT quantitative analyst.
And I have a engineering diploma and bachelor degree in maths and sciences.

Thank you in advance for your advices.

Regards.

Getting a work Visa in the U.S. has become increasingly more difficult during the past 3 years given the massive number of applicants. I have been selected in the lottery this year but the odds were below 30% and I am still not 100% sure of getting it.

To increase the odds by a few percents, the best bet is to graduate with a Master's degree (MSc/M.S. or MBA) in the U.S. but you would still be running the risk of having to leave the country and being 50k+ in debt if you do not finda firm willing to sponsor you (they are less and less willing to do so because of Visa uncertainty and oversupply of american citizens from top universities so why bothering hiring someone overseas?) or if you are not selected in the lottery.
