Getco vs jane street vs drw

I am looking into full-time trading positions with Getco, Jane Street, and drw. I'd be curious to hear your opinions on how these compare in terms of:

culture
profitability
compensation, three or so years out

Thank you!

Okay, I hate when people automatically assume that these posters that ask about firms don't have offers (though to be fair it's usually a pretty safe assumption), because then it forces the poster to reveal a pretty substantial amount of info about themselves (say if the OP said "I have offers from all three", that's probably true of 1 or 2 people in the country). So I'm going to bite and pretend you have offers from all 3. First of all congrats.

Let me preface this by saying that I know a good deal about two of these firms and have only second knowledge of the third.

Culture: All three are known for emphasizing collaboration, though it should be fairly obvious to you if you have offers from all three that GETCO is much more CS focused than the other two (with JSC probably in the middle as a combination of math/CS guys) and DRW three quarters of the way to the other side of the spectrum though their technology is of course superb as well.

Profitability: I don't really know what you mean by this but of the two I have good knowledge of, the returns are high enough that I don't think you would believe me if I told you the actual numbers.

Compensation: GETCO tends to pay more in the early years but does not scale up as quickly as Jane Street, with DRW lagging both in almost all phases. Of course I am talking about median compensation, obviously if you are a rock star at any of the three the sky is really the limit (isn't that why we go to prop shops in the first place?).

Hope this helps.
