Trying to contact HR by email but have not gotten a response from 3 different people in the last week. Also I have been trying to call people but it seems as if the phone numbers that are at the bottom of their emails are the ones for their in person office and not their cell using during covid. What should I do to get in contact with them?

Is this internal HR or external for a job inquiry?
If internal I would ask around to see how others your level typically get hold of them, potentially escalate to your VP or something if you think they can help/if it's urgent.
If it's external, nothing you can really do.
