Goldman Sachs middle office vs. UBS front-desk office

Goldman Sachs offers me a middle-office position in Market Risk Management. UBS offers me a front-desk position in Fixed-Income, particularly in MBS. Which one is better? Which one should I choose? The base salary is almost the same. UBS pays slightly higher. But not sure about the bonus. UBS did poorly in 2008 and 2009. UBS is in CT, and GS is in NYC.
