HELP: Prep for incoming analyst

Hey guys,

I am an incoming 1st year business analyst at MBB and would like to know how to prep for the job.

Basically, I have a non-business undergrad and very little knowledge about PPT or Excel (I was doing Python and other stuff lol). For example, I don't know any PPT shortcut and only the basic functions in Excel.

I am worried I will lack behind my peers as most of the incoming analysts had previous internships at MBB + other F500 companies and will be proficient in PPT/Excel.

Moreover, speaking with people in the industry I was told the first project in consulting is really important as your review will impact the projects you can access next and this is a virtuous/vicious cycle. Hence, I want to perform well on this first project.

Any good (and free) material online to get up to speed before I start my FT?

Thanks for all your suggestions!
