How much do your MDs make?

Interested to know the margin banks pick up on fees vs paying out the MD.
Also curious to know how much in fees your top MDs, average MDs, and low performing MDs are brining in.
I’m in a lower middle market group where if an MD brings in $5M in fees (usually a couple deals) it’s killing it, but most of our deals are double staffed on MDs (weird I know)
