High Pay Temp Job or Low Pay full-Time?

Hello, So I am currently employed as a operations rep at a major asset manager making $25 per hour (approx. $52k per year). I have been here for 6 years and have Series 7 and 66 licenses. I am looking for a change of scenery and to start making more. I just interviewed for a 6 month temp job that pays $36 per hour which is significantly more than I make now. They are confident that it would turn into a full-time job. So the question is, do I take a chance on the higher paying temp job in hopes it becomes full-time or take the safe bet and stay where I am.

I would technically be employed by the temp agency so I would have two years to find a job with a bank that could hold my licenses assuming that the bank wouldn't turn me full-time. I just recently started applying and have applied to a bunch of regular full time jobs. It just happened that the temp job was the first one I heard back from and the pay is pretty good.
