Depends on which bank you're asking about. GS is pretty selective, BofA is pretty selective, JPM is not selective whatsoever. It really varies.
Does Goldman have a seperate timeline for sophomores and juniors?
Yes, sophomore recruiting is done after junior recruiting. It’s not necessarily like that at every bank though
