I always seem to find mixed reviews regarding Gabelli as a semi target. There seems to be a decent amount of Fordham alums in Wall Street but not enough in BBs or prestigious boutiques for active recruitment.

Overrated. Not saying anything bad about the school, however, it's definitely overpriced. Someone that attends Baruch will have the same opportunities as those from Fordham, but without the heavy debt.
In NYC, I would say recruiting goes like this: - Columbia/NYU (debatable to put NYU in the same category as the ivy league prestige of Columbia may give an edge in recruiting, however, the edge might not be that great if you're a solid student from NYU) - Baruch/Fordham - all of the rest
